Skybridge takes Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) seriously. With over 400 technicians working across the country, we need to be sure that they incorporate safety as a normal part of doing their job, not just as an add-on.

For this reason, we use SIMON to manage OH&S compliance. SIMON enables each technician to download information packs so that they can stay up to date.

Regular compliance monitoring

At Skybridge, technicians who fail to satisfactorily complete our regular self-audits are not able to be allocated any more work until they do. In this way, the technician is responsible for keeping themselves up to date and ensuring compliance.
