Skybridge to switch regional Victorians to Digital TV

Skybridge will be helping regional Victorians gain access to more channels and better sound and picture quality soon. The Australian Federal Government has announced Skybridge as a preferred supplier of the Digital Switchover Household Assistance Scheme in regional Victoria.

In preparation for the analog TV switch off in regional Victoria in May 2011, the Australian Government has indentified that some people will require extra help to get ready for Digital TV. Approximately 53,000 customers are eligible for Skybridge to provide in-home assistance in the Goulburn Valley / Upper Murray and Gippsland regions.

The contract includes supply of scheme contact centre and supply and installation of high definition set-top boxes and any necessary antenna and cabling work.
