The Skybridge technical support team includes engineering personnel with many years of field experience. Dealing with issues at 'the coal face' Skybridge technical support are the first point of contact for field technicians requiring on-site assistance. Issues are dealt with efficiently and through the SIMON application all stakeholders are updated in real time.
Skybridge Technical Support is also responsible for:
Liaising between field technicians and customer network operations personnel
Development and implementation of Skybridge work procedures and operational standards
Technical training courses and on-line training materials
Site deployment quality assurance processes
Field occupational health and safety practices
