National Infrastructure Rollouts

Thanks to our unique Skybridge Information Management Online Network (SIMON), Skybridge customers, project managers, technicians and suppliers can collaborate in real time, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of every step of the deployment process.

This automation means we can provide the same kind of high volume infrastructure rollouts that are usually the preserve of much bigger companies.

In fact, we perform in excess of 5000 field activities per month in all states and territories of Australia – we also have the proven ability to adapt and scale quickly to meet the often demanding challenges associated with the aggressive national deployment schedules of our customers.

 Major recent projects include:

• National integration of approx 700 Customer Order Display and Intercom systems for an international Quick Service Restaurant chain.

• Completion of over 40,000 consumer satellite broadband installations under the Australian Governments Broadband Subsidy Initiatives

• National upgrade of NAB business TV satellite network.

• Rollout and maintenance of VSAT DVB broadcast system to 800 Woolworths / Safeway supermarkets

• Installation and maintenance of approx 1000 TVRO satellite BGM systems into Coles / BiLo supermarkets

• Installation of approx 100 satellite based SCADA sites for remote national pipeline monitoring and control systems.

Westnet has contracted Skybridge on an exclusive basis to nationally install Ipstar VSAT services.  Our relationship with Skybridge began in July 2007 and Skybridge have since installed over 7000 satellite services for Westnet across Australia.
